Beijing may present a huge 2,293 pound pig at the Beijing Olympic Games next year. Xiao Shaohong, a Chinese farmer, turned down a $6,735 offer from the Chinese government to purchase his pig for the event. He intends instead to donate his giant pig, a 5-year-old white sow, to Beijing's Olympic Games.

The Chinese believe pigs bring nobleness and good luck.
